We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our specialty team. What You’ll Do:

Assist our endodontists during root canal procedures and other treatments
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments according to sterilization protocols
Support patients throughout their visits, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and cared for
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records using electronic systems
Manage inventory and help keep the clinical space running smoothly
Collaborate with a friendly, tight-knit team in a positive and professional work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Current Minnesota Dental Assistant license (Required)
Prior dental assisting experience preferred; endodontic experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
Strong communication and organizational skills
A calm, reassuring demeanor and a genuine desire to help others
Availability for part-time hours (2–3 days per week), with some flexibility in scheduling
