Responsibilities:

Assist dentist(s) during a range of dental procedures, ensuring seamless patient care.
Lead and mentor our dental assistant team, setting the tone for excellence in patient service and clinical support.
Collaborate closely with the dental team to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain exceptional patient experiences.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure a well-prepared clinical environment.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care in line with our office’s patient-centric approach.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
Embrace a proactive role in infection control protocols, creating a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Dental Assistant License in Michigan.
Proof of completion of dental radiography course
Current CPR/BPL certification
Dental Assistant chairside experience
Leadership experience
Exceptional communication skills
Enthusiasm for innovation
Proficiency in dental software and record-keeping
