Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting optimal oral health. working hours are Tuesday - Thursday. We offer a BONUS structure based on production every month.
Only 1 patient per hour to give lots of quality time with patients.
Tuesday 9-6
Wednesday 9-6
Thursday 7-2
Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients.
Assess and document patient dental histories, including medical records and vital signs.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards.
Operate dental office systems, including Dentrix software, for scheduling and patient management.
Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and follow up on patient care as needed.

Skills

Proficient in assisting with various dental procedures and treatments.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience using Dentrix or similar dental office management software is preferred.
Familiarity with vital signs monitoring in a clinical setting.
Ability to apply aseptic techniques consistently in all procedures.
Experience working in a dental clinic environment is advantageous.
Excellent documentation review skills to ensure accuracy in patient records.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.

Pay: $66.00 - $76.00 per hour
