Associate Dentist (5+ Years Exp) â Production/Collection Focused | Anaheim, CA
Location: Anaheim, California
Schedule: 3+ Days/Week

Our office serves a diverse patient base through PPO, FFS, HMO, and Denti-Cal plans, and weâre looking for an experienced Associate Dentist (5+ years) who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and can consistently meet production goals while delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment across general dentistry
Meet individual production goals through consistent, efficient patient care
Monitor key performance metrics including daily production, collections %, and treatment acceptance
Collaborate with treatment coordinators and team leads on follow-ups and scheduling unscheduled treatment
Ensure timely and accurate documentation aligned with insurance protocols (HMO/Denti-Cal compliance)
Maintain a patient-first approach with a strong focus on education and trust
Metrics & Performance Expectations:
Daily Production Goal: $4,000â$6,000/day (adjusted for payor mix)
Collection Percentage: 90â98% of net production
Case Acceptance: ⥠70% within 30 days
Chair Utilization: ⥠85% of scheduled hours
Unscheduled Treatment Management: Timely follow-ups with support staff
Requirements:
5+ years of clinical experience as a general dentist
Current California Dental License and malpractice insurance
Familiarity with PPO, FFS, HMO, and Denti-Cal treatment planning
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in restorative dentistry (endo, crowns, etc.)
Comfortable working toward and tracking personal performance goals
Professional demeanor, great communication skills, and a team-first mindset
