As a dental assistant within Ume Dental Growth, you are always held to the highest standard of professionalism and dependability. List Of Responsibilities
Using all equipment with care and ownership.
Assisting and supporting the Dentist in all aspects of dental procedures, including operatory set up and take down.
Treatment plan presentation, including patient financial discussions.
Infection control; not limited to sterilization and disinfection.
Improving daily essential tasks such as taking quality x rays, suctioning, and patient care.
Supporting the hygienist in all aspects of preventative and periodontal procedures.
Completing opening and closing duties as a team.
Not limited to assisting in other aspects of office work.
Supporting team members and other offices if the need arises.

Salary & Benefits
Salary is determined on experience, with hourly wages beginning at $16.00 with no experience;pay is competitive. Opportunities for hourly increases and bonuses based on KPIs, after completing the 90 day acquaintance period. Opportunities for further hourly increase at annual reviews.
