OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental practice by assisting the dentist during procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow, and providing excellent patient care. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices and procedures, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Take and record vital signs of patients to ensure their health and safety during treatments.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques to maintain infection control standards.
Manage medical records accurately, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Provide support in general dentistry tasks, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, and extractions.
Supporting patients through education and communication rooted in integrative and airway-focused dentistry

ExperienceCandidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience in infection control practices within a clinical setting.
Minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience preferred
A commitment to patient-centered care and holistic health principles
Previous experience with sleep apnea treatment, airway dentistry, or integrative health is highly desirable
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and desire to learn
Dental Assistant Certification and/or Radiology Certification preferred
