Dental Hygiene Assistant - Tebo Dental Group - Lilburn, GA

Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based dental group, is looking for motivated, team- oriented, and dedicated professionals who are eager to provide quality and efficient dental care. We are looking for loyal individuals who have a friendly chair side manner and are open to making a long-term commitment to growth within our company. Our practices are located in Lilburn, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, Cumming, and Gainesville and are close to highways for easy commuting.
No certification required, but students or recent graduates of a dental assisting program are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:

Verify patient medical history and inquire about dental concerns
Take digital x-rays
Set up and break down patient treatment rooms
Chart the doctor's observations, doctor/patient comments, recommended treatment, etc. during clinical exams
Effectively provide dental education to increase patient awareness of proper oral health and the importance of any recommended treatment
Understand insurance benefits for patients with Medicaid and/or traditional policies
Coordinate with other team members to work in treatment as the schedule allows
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
Exceptional attention-to-detail
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Ability to travel between our office locations is a plus but not required
Available to work Monday-Friday (PT or FT hours available)

**Bonus amount awarded is based on completion of a valid dental assisting certification course and/or having at least one year of prior dental/hygiene experience as well as the number of clinical days worked.**
