About the Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and growing team in Billings, MT. Responsibilities:

Perform routine and deep dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient exams
Provide chairside support with four-handed dentistry techniques
Review and accurately document patient medical and dental histories
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene and preventive dental care
Ensure strict compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
Manage scheduling and charting using Dentrix or similar dental software
Collaborate closely with the dental team to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency
Stay informed on the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practices

Qualifications:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Montana (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong understanding of dental anatomy, procedures, and hygiene principles
Excellent attention to detail when reviewing charts and patient histories
Experience assisting in general dentistry procedures and patient care
Knowledge of infection control standards in dental settings
Proficiency in Dentrix or similar EHR software is preferred
Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach
