Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in St. Louis, MO
General dental office with the motto: " We treat people,not just teeth" is looking for a hygienist that would like to work in a fun and friendly non corporate environment. The position is either full time ( Monday - Thursday 8am- 5pm ) or part time ( Tuesday - Thursday 8am-5pm ). Our ideal candidate will be professional, dedicated to oral health and also reliable. Responsibilities
Provide thorough patient assessments and care, ensuring comfort and understanding of procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality general and pediatric dentistry services
Assist in chairside duties, utilizing dental terminology and aseptic techniques.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
Valid dental hygiene license and certification
Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records
Experience with dental software such as Dentrix or similar
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations
Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $52.00 - $58.00 per hour
