Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator - Colbert Family Dental - Maple Grove, MN

Experience working in a dental office preferred. Starting pay rate based on experience and insurance knowledge.
We are a growing family, cosmetic and general private practice that has served the Maple Grove area for over 47 years. We are a local, family owned, two dentist practice.
We offer a great work/life balance schedule! Office is open Monday - Thursday with Fridays and weekends OFF. Fully digitalized practice with radiographs, panorex, CBCT and paperless charts with Curve Dental software.
Seeking someone with a strong customer service background, experience in a dental office is preferred. Looking for someone who is a hard worker, strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task and a daily positive attitude. Responsibility’s would include scheduling patients for appointments, answering phones, confirming patients, checking patients in and out for appointments, collecting payments for treatment, updating patient paperwork and working with dental insurance. Other responsibilities include assisting with calling insurances, calling dental specialists/physicians to help coordinate patient care appointments, processing insurance payments, and other daily duties.
