At Hoffman Dental Care, we are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our amazing team in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Macomb, MN. Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 5 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!
Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 6:30am - 3:00pm
Thursday: 6:30am - 3:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Responsibilities:
The Front Office Coordinator should:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Present treatment plans and collect payments
Arrange payment plans for patients
Knowledge of dental insurance verification
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of dental front office experience
Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
Knowledge of Insurance is preferred
Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
