Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information using open dental dental software.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients.
Keep the dental clinic clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred; familiarity with general dentistry practices is essential.
Knowledge of anatomy related to dental health is required.
Proficiency in using open dental software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining medical records accurately.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
