Pediatric Dental Assistant (Spanish Bilingual Required)
Location: Wilmington, DEJob Type: Full-TimePay: Up to $24/hr (based on experience)X-ray Certificate: Highly preferred – but if you’re motivated and have a plan to get certified soon, we’ll support you!

Your Schedule:

Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1–2 Saturdays/month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (with admin support on lighter days like Wednesdays)

What You’ll Do:

Greet and comfort pediatric patients—make their dental visit feel fun and easy
Assist the doctor during exams, cleanings, and treatments
Take digital X-rays (if certified) or be willing to train + certify within a set timeline
Sterilize instruments, prep rooms, and keep things organized and kid-friendly
Provide oral hygiene instructions to parents and kiddos
Help manage patient flow and ensure smooth daily operations
Support the front desk when needed with check-in, forms, or phone calls
Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Communicate with patients and parents—Spanish fluency is a must for this role

What You’ll Bring:

1–2 years of dental assisting experience (bonus if it’s with kids!)
High school diploma or equivalent
BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
X-ray certificate preferred—but if you don’t have one yet and are committed to getting it soon, we’re happy to support you
