This is a large, high-energy office with 5 doctors and 2 in-house specialists, offering a fantastic bonus opportunity and a $10,000 retention bonus. Office Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We are ideally seeking a full-time hygienist, though we can be flexible on hours for the right candidate.
Pay:

$50-$55 an hour
$10,000 Retention Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Perform a range of dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), and adjunctive treatments.
Patient Education: Educate patients on brushing, flossing, plaque control, nutrition, and preventive care.
Collaborate with the Dental Team: Work closely with dentists and team members to assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.
Patient Comfort & Communication: Make patients feel comfortable, address their concerns, and build long-term relationships focused on oral health.
Maintain Clinical Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of treatments and patient interactions.
Infection Control & Safety: Follow strict safety protocols for a clean, secure patient environment.
Manage Patient Flow: See 8–12 patients daily while maintaining efficiency and quality of care.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program with a valid Texas hygiene license.
Experience: Experienced hygienists preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with a friendly, patient-first attitude.
Professionalism & Commitment: Dedication to high standards, continued learning, and current best practices.
Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment.
Patient Focused: Passion for providing excellent care and building trust with patients.
