I'm looking for an elite Dental Assistant with at least 7 years of rigorous experience to grow with my boutique private practice. Start-up Practice, opening doors in JunePart-Time to start with full-time in the near future with full benefits
Hours:
Mondays 11-7
Fridays 9-5
Saturdays 10-4
Will need full time as soon as demand arises.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures
Take high-quality dental X-rays and impressions with efficiency and care
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to the highest standards
Deliver outstanding patient education and post-treatment care instructions
Enter treatment plans/codes into Open Dental accurately
Schedule patients for followup care appropriately
Keep the office organized
Support the dentist and clinical team with smooth daily operations
Help mentor and support newer dental assistants as needed

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant (Required)
Active Dental Assistant and X-ray certifications (Required)
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and sterilization protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with dental software (e.g., Open dental preferred, Dentrix, Dexis)

Compensation based on experience.
