38th Modern Dental, located in the Denver Highlands is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or EDDA with a background in general dentistry to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday-Thursday position. We are looking for a Dental Assistant or EDDA who will bring reliability, a strong work ethic, a fun attitude, and a team-oriented and patient-centric focus to our practice.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Monday 8am-6pm
Tuesday-Wednesday 8am-5pm
Thursday 8am-4pm

Essential Functions:
Welcoming patients into the practice with a genuine and caring welcome using the patient's name
Preparing patients for treatment to ensure the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
Preparing rooms for surgical and restorative procedures
A thorough review of patient health history adding updates as necessary
Assisting the Dentist chairside and the ability to work independently
Capturing diagnostic radiographs
Capturing 3D scans - experience with iTero is a plus
Assisting with Invisalign cases
Placing composite restorations
Assisting with all types of prosthodontic procedures
Providing postoperative instructions after procedures, answering any questions patients may have about dental care provided, and scheduling appointments for follow-up care
Sterilizing instruments according to regulations
Maintaining a timely schedule
Managing lab cases including tracking, progress, and delivery
Monitoring and maintaining inventory and supplies
Monitoring and maintaining dental equipment
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as a DA
EDDA certification preferred
X-Ray certification required
CPR/BLS Certification required
Denticon software experience is a plus but not required
