Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment following aseptic techniques.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk duties as needed, including using dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft.
Support pediatric patients with a friendly demeanor, ensuring their comfort during visits.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a safe and efficient clinic environment.

ExperienceCandidates should possess experience or knowledge in the following areas:

Aseptic technique for maintaining cleanliness and safety in the dental environment.
General dentistry practices and procedures.
Familiarity with dental receptionist duties, including appointment scheduling.
Proficiency in using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software for managing patient records.
Experience in pediatrics is a plus, especially in handling young patients.
Understanding of medical records management within a dental clinic setting.
Basic knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry, including endodontics.
