Desert Valley Dental is seeking an experienced, professional Hygienist who is passionate about providing quality care for our locally owned practice. The ideal candidates for this position will work effectively with team members and produce high-quality care. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and part of the patient care team by providing the patients with the time and care they need.
Our Investment In You:
Comprehensive compensation packages inclusive of a competitive hourly rate plus healthcare plus 401(k)
After 90 days, we can go from the hourly rate of $60.00 to a production base.
4 -5 days a week schedule
Mentorship on the latest advancements in treating periodontal disease with an emphasis on preventive care
Core Responsibilities: ·
Patient screening, including oral health and health history assessments
· Taking and interpreting digital X-rays
· Educating patients on recommended treatment and options
· Performing comprehensive dental hygiene services
· Work in collaboration with the practice team to achieve goals
Experience and Qualifications:
· RDH license in good standing with the State of Nevada
· Essential life support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificates
· Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
· Bilingual is a plus but not required
