Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental clinic. Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups to enhance clinic efficiency.
Assist in the management of inventory for dental supplies and materials.
Support prosthodontics procedures by preparing necessary materials and assisting during treatments.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental clinic setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of infection control practices and medical terminology related to dentistry.
Ability to assist in various dental specialties, including general dentistry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records.
Certification or training in dental assisting is preferred but not required.
