We are growing and are adding another Dental Hygienist at Hulse Dental, a Private Practice dental clinic in Onalaska, WI. We are looking for an RDH 1-4 days per week. You will provide excellent care to patients through your hygiene skills, your communication and your attention to detail. As a team-oriented clinic with long standing employees, we maintain excellent service standards in a high-tech yet comfortable atmosphere. Choose your days-we are flexible! Hulse Dental, located in Onalaska, is both professional and creative. Our work environment is focused yet fun & bright. We are open Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm and once/month Fridays 8 - noon. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care by performing dental cleanings and assessments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in chairside procedures and ensure a sterile environment using aseptic techniques.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in general and pediatric dentistry.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
Strong communication skills for patient interaction
Proficient in chairside assisting and patient care
Knowledge of dental terminology and medical records
Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and four-handed dentistry techniques
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
