Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Los Angeles, CA
We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, friendly and welcoming, and organized. Experience not necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate. Spanish speaking is a MUST due to most of our patients being a Spanish speaking based demographic.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients in a friendly manner and communicate professionally with them on the phone and face-to-face.
Communicate clearly to ensure that all information is accurately relayed to the dentist.
Answer phone calls and relay messages to the dentist's staff.
Answer questions about patient's appointments and insurance.
Inquire about patients' dental care experience with the office.
Explain patient billing procedures to patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
