Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist
Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and billing.
Verify patient insurance information and process claims.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Front/Back house experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Dentrix
Schedule:
Full time
Monday - Thursday 7:45 am - 5: 30 pm
