OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care in a comfortable environment. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to assist with various dental procedures and patient management.
Responsibilities

Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques.
Take X-rays, ensuring accurate medical imaging for diagnosis.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Utilize dental software, Dentrix
Operate 3D scanners for imaging purposes when required.
Support the dental hygiene team with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with dental terminology and general dentistry practices.
X-ray certification is required
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
