Job SummaryWe are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for our patients. This role involves assisting the dentist during various treatments, managing patient records, and maintaining a sterile environment.
Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Take dental X-rays and perform medical imaging as needed, including the use of 3D scanners (will train)
Educate patients on post-treatment care.
Maintain cleanliness in the treatment area and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
