OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimal patient comfort.
Perform medical imaging tasks, including X-rays, to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Utilize dental software such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft for patient management, scheduling, and record keeping.
Conduct four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Support endodontic procedures by preparing materials and assisting the dentist as needed.
Operate 3D scanners for advanced imaging when required.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Knowledge of general dentistry practices, medical coding, and infection control standards is essential.
Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is a plus.
Proficient in medical imaging techniques and comfortable with advanced technology like 3D scanners.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
