About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join our multi-specialty dental team. The ideal candidate is calm, engaging, and passionate about educating children and their families on preventive dental care. You should feel confident communicating with young patients, as well as their parents or guardians, and be a reassuring presence during treatments and diagnostic procedures.
As part of a collaborative team, youâll work closely with colleagues across departmentsâso strong communication, flexibility, and a team-first attitude are essential. We also value individuals who are eager to contribute ideas, improve processes, and support a positive, trusting workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Perform oral health assessments and exams
Take and process dental radiographs
Review and update patientsâ medical histories
Document dental charting and clinical findings
Use intraoral cameras for imaging and patient education
Educate pediatric patients and families on oral hygiene and treatment options
Scale, polish, and clean teeth
Provide post-operative care instructions
Apply fluoride treatments and desensitizers
Maintain clean, stocked operatories and manage inventory
Assist the dentist during exams by anticipating needs
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License in the state of New Hampshire (required)
Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, friendly demeanor
Ability to adapt to change and work in a team-oriented environment

Schedule
This is a full-time, 4 day per week position - 32 hours - with a day off mid week.
Qualifications
RDH License in New Hampshire Required
