Registered Dental Hygienist (Required)
MN License

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Schedule

Monday-Friday
Office Hours: Monday-Wednesday:7am-7pm. Thursday:7am-3 pm. Friday:8am- 2pm.
Preferred one evening shift per week.
