Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our rapidly growing dental practice and company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional dental services.
Duties
Perform comprehensive patient exams and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct various dental procedures, including restorative dentistry, cosmetics, extractions, and aligners.
Utilize aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft and Dentrix software, and ensure proper documentation of medical imaging and dental terminology.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in restorative dentistry, patient assessment, infection control practices, and familiarity with medical imaging techniques is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages are essential for success in this role.
