What You’ll Do:As the Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person for creating an organized, efficient workflow and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the dentist during procedures with precision and care.
Taking ownership of office organization, from instrument sterilization to stock management.
Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is set up for success.
Building strong patient relationships and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
Mentoring and supporting other team members in maintaining a high standard of care.

A certified Dental Assistant in Massachusetts (MA) with prior experience.
