We are looking for a lead dental assistant. Who is well organized, hardworking, experienced dental assistant dentist’s office more efficient and pleasant for patients.
Lead Dental Assistant
The Lead Dental Assistant plays a key role in ensuring efficient clinical operations, high-quality patient care, and team coordination within the dental practice. Responsibilities include:

Assisting the dentist during procedures, including chairside support and instrument preparation.
Overseeing and mentoring dental assistants, providing training and guidance.
Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining sterilization of instruments and equipment.
Taking dental X-rays as needed.
Coordinating patient flow, appointment scheduling, and treatment planning assistance.
Communicating effectively with patients regarding pre- and post-treatment care.
Handling lab case management and tracking.
Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating maintenance.
Supporting front office staff with administrative duties as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
