Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office, providing excellent patient care, and assisting the dentist during various procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, infection control protocols, and effective communication with both patients and team members.
Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
Maintain accurate dental records and patient information.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Perform radiographic procedures as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. -NJ RADIOLOGY X-RAY LICENSE REQUIRED.
Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.
Utilize 3D scanners for imaging when necessary, ensuring high-quality results.
Adhere to infection control practices to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.
