Your Role as a Dental Hygienist
At Laneige Dental Group, our hygienists are essential to the patient experience. You’ll have the time, resources, and support you need to do your best work—and truly make a difference.
Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

Performing dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Conducting oral health assessments and screenings
Taking and reviewing digital X-rays
Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Recording clinical findings and patient histories accurately
Assisting with individualized treatment planning
Staying up to date on best practices in hygiene care

What We’re Looking For

Active RDH license in the state of New Jersey
Detail-oriented with strong clinical and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and team-focused
Passionate about patient education and prevention
Comfortable with digital charting (experience preferred but not required)
