The Role
As our Dental Hygienist at M2, you'll:

Perform thorough, age-appropriate cleanings for children and teens
Create positive dental experiences that patients actually look forward to
Connect with both young kids and teen patients on their level
Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene using relatable methods
Work alongside our collaborative team where helping each other is the norm
Be a part of your patients' lives, knowing the activities they enjoy and sports they play, creating an environment where they are friends as much as patients

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license
Passion for working with both children and teenagers
Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred but not required
Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental software
Warm, adaptable demeanor with excellent communication skills
Ability to connect with patients of different ages and explain dental concepts in relatable ways
