Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Colorado Springs, CO
Welcome to Eden Dentistry! We are a small private dental practice in North Colorado Springs. We have an amazing team and we are looking to add another rock star person to our front desk reception area. We believe in having fun while caring for our wonderful patients! A basic overview of that is expected for this position:
Checking in patients.
Checking out patients.
Taking payments.
Answering phone calls.
Scheduling New Patients.
Helping with filling schedule.
Verifying Insurance - we use a service to make this process easy.
Eaglesoft is the software we use. Experience in this would be a plus.
We are open Monday - Thursday and closed Friday - Sunday from 8am-5pm. Other details:
Business assistants arrive at 7:25am to start the day.
We meet with the team at 7:40am to review our day.
We start patient care at 8am.
PTO is provided

Dental work for you is covered at no fee minus lab fees
We pay biweekly
Starting pay $18 hour but can vary on experience
