We are a privately owned practice with four (4) dentist and two (2) periodontist. Our days are fast paced, and you must be able to multitask, be extremely organized and strive to work well with an A+ established hygiene team.
Business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 1:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m. for lunch. Hygiene appointments are 1 hour and no weekends.
Skills and Requirements:
-Proficient in taking digital X-rays and Eaglesoft experience a plus.
-Good communication skills to educate patients on the diagnosis and proposed treatment.
-Perform dental hygiene procedures, including thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planing, to promote oral health and prevent oral disease.
-Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, including oral cancer screenings, and document findings accurately.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, oral health care strategies, and preventive measures to promote optimal dental health.
- Administer local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort during dental procedures.
- Connecticut dental hygiene license and X-Ray Certification
