Duties

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including but not limited to endodontics and restorative work.
Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
Maintain accurate medical documentation for patient records.
Manage patient flow and ensure patients are comfortable throughout their visit.
Provide support in administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing dental receptionist duties.
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and clinic operations.

Skills

Proficiency in dental assisting techniques, including four-handed dentistry.
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and procedures.
Familiarity with medical documentation practices within a dental clinic setting.
Experience with aseptic techniques to maintain infection control standards.
Ability to assist in various specialties, including endodontics, with confidence.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
