```Duties``` - Assist the dentist during various dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take and develop dental x-rays - Perform basic dental laboratory procedures - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Maintain accurate patient records - Schedule and confirm dental appointments ```Skills``` - Infection control: Knowledge of proper infection control protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. - CAD: Proficiency in computer-aided design software used for creating dental restorations. - Dentrix: Experience with Dentrix software for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and billing. - X-Ray: Ability to take and develop dental x-rays using traditional or digital imaging techniques. - Pediatrics: Familiarity with providing dental care to children, including behavior management techniques. - Medical imaging: Knowledge of medical imaging techniques used in dentistry, such as cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). - Dental receptionist: Experience in dental office administration, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records. - Eaglesoft: Proficiency in Eaglesoft software for managing dental practice operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims. - Medical coding: Understanding of medical coding systems used for billing purposes in a dental setting. - Aseptic technique: Ability to maintain strict aseptic technique to prevent the spread of infection during dental procedures.
