Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The Dental Assistant will assist the dentist during patient procedures, perform administrative tasks, and ensure a clean and sterile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting, knowledge of dental procedures, and excellent communication skills, but we will be willing to train the right candidate. We are looking got someone Mon, Wed, Fri 9-5 but are flexible with the dates.
Responsibilities:- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Assist the dentist during procedures by handing instruments and materials- Take digital dental radiographs (x-rays)- Perform basic laboratory duties such as mixing materials and pouring models.
-will take intraoral scans/ photos- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment- Assist with answering phones, scheduling appointments when needed
Experience:- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant recommended, but willing to train the right candidate- Proficiency in infection control practices
- Spanish Speaking a plus.
