Dental Office Patient Care Coordinator - Kevin M. Brown, DDS - Bellevue, WA

We are a busy, fun loving, private dental practice located in Downtown Bellevue looking for a friendly, reliable, hard working individual for a full-time patient care coordinator position. Dental/healthcare experience a must. Must have excellent phone skills, be customer service driven, and possess strong computer skills. Candidate must be detail oriented and be highly trainable with a can-do attitude. *Eaglesoft experience a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Greeting patients
· Answering multiple phone lines and patient communication platforms
· Scheduling appointments, maintaining and optimizing the schedule, sending insurance claims, following up on outstanding claims, etc.
· Asking for patient portions/payment arrangements
· Communicate well with other staff members in order to facilitate the patient care experience.
This is a FT position with competitive pay, medical insurance, in-office dental care, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement plan with up to 3% matching. Hourly wage is negotiable depending on experience.

Office hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is Monday through Friday.
