Dental Administrative/ Front Desk
The Dental Admin will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in managing the daily operations of the practice. This individual must excel in organization, communication, and providing outstanding customer service while ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow between the front and back office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
Schedule and confirm appointments, optimizing the daily schedule for efficiency.
Verify patient information, insurance benefits, and maintain accurate records.
Collect payments, process claims, and manage accounts receivable.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient handoffs and workflow.
Maintain Spreadsheets to track quality of care.
Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, addressing inquiries and routing appropriately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare administrative role preferred.
Proficiency in dental software (e.g.,Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for patient care.
