Dental Hygienist - Carron Family Dental - Manchester, MO

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly dental hygienist to join our team. If you are looking for a place where you can make a positive difference for your patients and are a valued team member, then this is the position for you.
One of our hygienists is no longer able to practice due to a health issue and we are searching for the right person to assume the care of her patients. This hygienist has a group of amazing long-time patients she cares for who would be very kind and sweet to the new hygienist that assumes their care.
We are a well-established, one-doctor private practice in a beautiful office with state-of-the-art equipment including digital radiographs, diode lasers, intraoral cameras and scanner, CBCT, and Dentrix software. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented team player to help us care for our wonderful patients.
Our team is very supportive and respectful of one another and enjoys working together. We use Dentrix and this past year I just upgraded all of our hand instruments to new HuFriedy tools and got lots of new Cavitron inserts. We take pride in having high quality tools to care for our patients and take our time with each patient. Our office is relationship-centered and many of our patients have been in the practice for over 35 years. The majority of our new patients come from referrals. We thrive on getting to know our patients on a personal basis and we treat them with utmost compassion and understanding.
We have 1 hour recalls, 90 minute half-mouth srps (additional time allowed if the hygienist feels it is needed), 90 min new patients and 1 hr lunch break mon-wed (30 min lunch on Thursday so that we end by 4:30pm).

Hourly wage based on experience or production-based pay if desired. We offer excellent benefits including 401K with match, PTO, dental benefits, and medical benefits (if desired).
This can be a full-time or part-time position. The hygienist who is no longer able to continue working clinically is currently working Mon 8-5, Tues 8-5, and Wed 8-5. If four days are desired, we would consider adding hygiene hours on Thursdays 8-4:30 alongside our other hygienists.
Our team arrives each morning at 7:30am and huddles at 7:45am.
