Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Adelphi, MD
Ft/Pt experienced dental receptionist/patient care coordinator needed. Must have a working knowledge of dentrix office management software and dexis. At least two years experience in a general dentist office. Must have exceptional communication and customer service skill, and comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology. Experience with dental insurances and cdt codes as well as discussing patient copayments and treatment is required.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to: Greeting patients, verifying insurances, discussing treatment plans and payment arrangements.
Running daily reports, follow up with outstanding claims, collect patient payments at time of treatment.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
