Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar effectively.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage.
Assist in managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care.
Support the dental team in various administrative tasks as needed to enhance clinic operations.
Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for patients.

Experience

Previous dental experience is required.
Familiarity with medical coding and dental terminology is advantageous.
Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
