Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.
Proficiency in office software and dental practice management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with insurance verification and crafting estimates based on treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients with warmth and manage the check-in/check-out process like a hospitality expert.
Schedule and confirm appointments, maximizing our dentistâs time while keeping the flow just right.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
Create and calculate insurance estimates that align with each patientâs treatment plan.
Collaborate seamlessly with dental staff to coordinate care and tackle any scheduling hiccups.
