In this pivotal role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our oral surgery office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our patients feel right at home. You’ll handle front desk activities with flair, schedule appointments like a pro, and keep patient records in tip-top shape. You’ll also dive into the world of insurance estimates, helping our patients navigate their financial options with ease. Your knack for communication will help foster a positive experience for everyone, making our practice a place where patients leave smiling—and not just because of their dental care!
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.
Proficiency in office software and dental practice management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with insurance verification and crafting estimates based on treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients with warmth and manage the check-in/check-out process like a hospitality expert.
Schedule and confirm appointments, maximizing our dentist’s time while keeping the flow just right.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
Create and calculate insurance estimates that align with each patient’s treatment plan.
Collaborate seamlessly with dental staff to coordinate care and tackle any scheduling hiccups.

Skills:
Your previous dental or medical office experience is key to understanding patient interactions and the inner workings of our practice. Daily proficiency in office software will be your toolkit for scheduling, record-keeping, and processing payments. Strong communication skills are essential for keeping everyone in the loop and ensuring a harmonious environment. And let’s not forget—your attention to detail is critical when managing patient records and insurance estimates, as accuracy is vital for both patient care and practice success.
