Dr. Jay Hazen and Dr. Keith Foster with Dentistry for Madison, LLC are looking for a full-time highly skilled dental assistant to join our progressive, private practice, located near the Capitol Square with on-site free parking. As an Expanded-Function Dental Assistant, you are an integral team member working closely with our 2 doctors delivering state of the art dental care in a comfortable and friendly environment. We provide the following dental services:

Implants
Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Veneers
Invisalign
Cerec technology
Digital x-rays and CBCT scanner
Endodontics
Oral Surgery
Whitening
Digital model printing
Biolase and PerioLase Lasers
