Position Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of orthodontic experience
· Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
· Current CPR certification
· Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

Work independently and as part of a team to support daily clinical operations
Assist with patient appointments, both solo and alongside Dr. Pritchard
Provide chairside support during orthodontic procedures
Clean and sanitize chairs between patients to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Run and maintain sterilization processes to ensure instrument safety
Take accurate and thorough patient records, including photographs and impressions
Communicate treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients and their families
Demonstrate kindness, compassion, and professionalism with every patient interaction
Collaborate effectively with team members to keep the schedule running smoothly
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:

10 hour shift
No weekends
