Front Desk Receptionist for Dental Office - Jaline Boccuzzi, D.M.D., A.A.A.C.D., P.A. - Pompano Beach, FL

Exceptional dental team seeking outstanding Front Office Administrator in Pompano Beach location. Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental team.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.

Requirements:

Previous dental experience is a must.
Eaglesoft trained a plus.
Must have 6 hands and 4 legs to juggle schedules, phones, patients, coffee pots, etc.
Great sense of humor.
A WILL DO attitude is required.
Communication of dental language and ADA codes is a must.
