Dental Assistant - Avenue Dental Care - Spokane Valley, WA

OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and experienced dental assistants to join our growing team! We have two incredible doctors with a third on the way this summer. The perfect candidate for this role is experienced in chairside assisting, up to date on OSHA protocols, comfortable working with labs, and dedicated to providing outstanding patient care. We are open 3 days a week from 7 am to 7 pm, the weeks rotate (Mon-Wed one week, Wed-Fri the next week) working on average 12-14 days per month. A fourth day for meetings or trainings will be required on occasion with ample notice!
Duties- Perform infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment- Utilize Dentrix and other dental software systems for patient records- Assist chairside with dental procedures- Take any needed x-rays or 3D images
-Help other clinical staff members as needed
Skills- Proficiency in infection control practices- Experience with Dentrix- Familiarity with general dental procedures- Knowledge of taking xrays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33 – 40 per week
