Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our fee for service dental practice with good commission compensation. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This dentist will join our existing dental group of three dentists. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, endodontics, simple exts, and root canal therapy.
Maintain accurate medical records using the dental software Softdent
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols.
Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and proper oral hygiene practices.
Collaborate with our dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.

Skills

Proficient in general dentistry practices with experience in endodontics and implant dentistry preferred.
Familiarity with Softdent is an advantage
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to address patient needs effectively.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
