We are planning to open a new practice location for a Pediatric Dentist office in a thriving and growing Montclair community in Prince William County, VA.
The location is strategically situated around a lot of future growth and new development due to the saturation of Northern Virginia.
This would ideally be a flexible partnership to greatly reduce the investment and risk for the Pediatric Dentist, while giving them the flexibility, growth and ownership many of them desire to have.
The Pediatric Dentist will help get the patient base and lay the foundation for a long term successful practice focused on kids oral health and hygiene and positive dental experiences for kids and their families.
Montclair is a family-friendly community with a 108-acre Lake Montclair and three beaches, golf course and Prince William forest around it. Easy access to lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Nearby communities are in the county's plan to develop as Small Area Plans (Independent Hill, Innovation Park, Dale City) which will boost population growth of families with kids.
